Which SkipCalls plan do I need for n8n?

The n8n integration uses SkipCalls API access and webhooks, which are part of the PRO plan. n8n has its own plans; the community node works on n8n Cloud and on self-hosted n8n.

Does it work with self-hosted n8n?

Yes. Install n8n-nodes-skipcalls from Settings → Community nodes. For the SkipCalls Trigger, your n8n instance needs a public URL so SkipCalls can send events to it.

What can start a workflow?

Incoming call completed or failed, outbound AI call completed or failed, text received, sent or failed, appointment booked, and follow-up task created. You can limit a trigger to one AI receptionist.

Can an n8n AI agent use SkipCalls?

Yes. Add SkipCalls as a tool to the AI Agent node. The agent can look up calls, texts, agents and phone numbers, schedule an AI call, or reply to a text.

How do I turn a workflow off?

Deactivate the workflow in n8n, or switch it off in the n8n tab of the SkipCalls Integrations page. Removing the workflow in n8n also removes it from SkipCalls.
