Two people, one mission
We got tired of businesses losing money to missed calls
SkipCalls started as a personal frustration. Every small business owner we knew was losing leads because they couldn't answer every call. So we built an AI that could.
The short version
We're a team of two based in California. One engineer, one designer. No VC funding, no 50-person team, no corporate roadmap. Just two people who ship 2-3 features daily because we actually use the product ourselves.
SkipCalls launched in early 2025. Today we handle thousands of calls for small businesses — plumbers, electricians, realtors, lawyers, and everyone in between who can't afford to miss a customer.
We believe the best software is built by small teams that care deeply. Every line of code, every pixel, every voice interaction — it all goes through us. That's not a limitation. That's the point.

Kristina K.
Co-Founder & Product Designer
Product designer with 8+ years of experience shipping for platforms used by millions. In 2018, she pioneered the accessibility adaptation of Yandex.Taxi (Russia's largest ride-hailing app) for blind users — a side initiative that grew into a full department. An accessibility enthusiast at heart, she brings that same user-first philosophy to every screen in SkipCalls. Previously Senior Product Designer at Arro.
LinkedInHow we build
Ship daily, not quarterly
We push multiple updates every single day. No sprint ceremonies, no Jira tickets. If it's ready, it ships.
Small team, big leverage
Two people running an entire platform means every decision is fast and every feature gets our full attention.
Accessibility is not optional
Kristina literally built the accessibility department at Russia's Uber. That mindset is baked into everything we design.
Code you can be proud of
No shortcuts, no tech debt tolerance. The codebase will outlive us, so we treat it that way.
