How to Forward Calls from Spectrum Mobile

Open your phone's dialer, enter the activation code, and press Call. Replace your SkipCalls number with the number from your SkipCalls app.

Replace •••• with your SkipCalls phone number (found in the app under Settings).

Troubleshooting

• •Confirm call forwarding is enabled on the correct line—if you have multiple Spectrum Mobile lines, make sure you’re dialing from the phone number you want to forward.
• •Check whether you’re trying to forward when you have weak cellular coverage—Spectrum Mobile rides on Verizon’s network, and spotty signal can cause activation codes to fail or forwarding to behave inconsistently.
• •Disable Wi‑Fi Calling temporarily and try again—some devices handle network features differently when Wi‑Fi Calling is on, which can interfere with updating forwarding settings.
• •Make sure you’re using the correct forwarding type for your goal: unconditional forwarding (all calls) vs. forwarding when busy/no answer; the wrong option can look like it “didn’t work.”
• •If forwarding turns on but calls still ring your phone, restart the device and re-test from a different phone number (not the same device) to avoid false results from call waiting or cached call logs.
