How to set up call forwarding on T-Mobile

    Open the Phone app on your T-Mobile phone. On a landline, lift the handset and wait for a dial tone.

  3. Pick always, when busy, when unanswered, or when unreachable, enter the number, and tap Enable.
Codes need a cellular signal (not Wi-Fi only). If a code returns an error, reset with ##21#, then try again, or call T-Mobile at 611 / 1-800-937-8997 to turn forwarding on for your line.
