How to Forward Calls from Sprint

Forwarding Codes

Open your phone's dialer, enter the activation code, and press Call. Replace your SkipCalls number with the number from your SkipCalls app.

Replace •••• with your SkipCalls phone number (found in the app under Settings).

Troubleshooting

• •Confirm you’re using the correct forwarding type: unconditional forwarding sends every call, while “busy/no answer” only forwards in specific situations.
• •If the dial code doesn’t work, try from the Sprint line that receives the calls (not a secondary line), and make sure you have cellular signal—call forwarding updates can fail with weak service.
• •Check whether your line is on a legacy Sprint plan now managed under T-Mobile billing—some accounts require changing call forwarding from device settings instead of dial codes.
• •If calls forward but callers can’t reach SkipCalls, verify you entered the full 10-digit destination number (including area code) and didn’t accidentally add a leading 1 when it isn’t required.
• •If forwarding turns itself off after a reboot or software update, re-enable it and check for any call forwarding or “conditional forwarding” toggles in your phone’s Phone app settings. (Some Android models override carrier codes.)
