1) What makes insurance calls different (and why your setup matters)
Most of your inbound calls fall into a few buckets: (1) “I need a quote” shoppers (auto/home, sometimes renters), (2) time-sensitive buyers (“closing is in 10 days, my lender needs proof of insurance today”), (3) emergencies (“I just got into an accident,” “my policy lapsed,” “my roof got hit in the storm”), and (4) service calls (“add a driver,” “change mortgagee,” “ID card,” “certificate of insurance”).
