Review & Referral Request Scripts for Chiropractors
Reviews and referrals are huge in chiropractic because most new patients are in pain and calling multiple offices. The fastest office to answer and the most trusted office (great Google reviews) usually wins the appointment—especially for sciatica flare-ups, acute low back pain, and post–car accident cases. The scripts below are built for real clinic flow: you’re hands-on at the adjustment table, you can’t stop mid-adjustment, and you still need consistent review and referral asks that feel natural.
1) Post-Adjustment Google Review Ask (in the treatment room)
Use right after an adjustment when the patient says they feel looser or their pain dropped.
“I’m glad that helped—your range of motion already looks better. Quick favor: would you leave us a Google review about today’s visit? It helps other people with back pain or sciatica know they can get in and get relief. If you mention what you came in with and how you feel after the adjustment, that’s perfect. I can text you the link so it takes 30 seconds.”
Tips for this scenario
- -Ask right after a win: pain down, easier turning, less numbness, better sleep.
- -Tell them exactly what to write: their problem (neck pain, low back, sciatica) + result + how your team treated them.
- -Have the front desk text the link before they even stand up from the table.
